Award Day — The Circle of Friends

January 25, 2010 By: Patricia

My blogger friend, Karen Walker, gave me this wonderful Circle of Friends Award earlier this month. According to the rules, I must pass it along to five blogging friends. This is always a hard decision for those of us who have tons of blogging friends, so be aware that I appreciate each and every one of you.

The blogging award process is fun and is a wonderful networking tool as it gives each of us the chance to follow the links and make even more friends in the blogging community.

For The Circle of Friends Award, I have selected:

Carolyn Yalin
Kerrie Flanagan at The Writing Bug
Linda Faulkner at Author Exchange Blog
Maryann Miller at It’s Not All Gravy
Rayna M. Iyer at Coffee Rings Everywhere

These are blogs I visit often and always enjoy. Sometimes I even leave comments (although I find I can read more blog posts if I don’t comment at every one I visit). I hope you’ll find a couple of new friends here.

Hi Pat, I finally got down to passing on your Award today, and it was only while looking for the image URL that I realised that I hadn’t left a comment thanking you for the Award (I am pretty sure I did type out a comment, but my internet connection must have been crappy as usual).

Congratulations on the Award, Patricia. Nobody deserves the award more than you do.

It is indeed a honour for me to get the Circle of Friends Award from you. Means a lot to me coming from you.

I wish blogging etiquette allowed me to pass it back to you, but that doesn’t seem to be the done thing πŸ™

Meet Patricia

I read, I write, I blog, and sometimes I do the laundry and cook. My 2014 novel, Dead Wrong, was a finalist in the thriller category of the 2015 Colorado Book Awards. Wishing Caswell Dead (Five Star/Cengage, December 20, 2017) is a historical mystery set in 1830s Illinois in the fictitious Village of Sangamon. The novel was a finalist for the 2018 Colorado Book Awards for General Fiction. Read More…
