Remember back on June 28 in Travelling Writers; Writing Travellers: Why to Keep a Journal when I mentioned that I had photos to illustrate the post but hadn’t had time to scan and edit them?
Well, I finally scanned one. Yep, just one. I didn’t want anyone to think I’d suddenly become industrious or efficient.
Here are the petroglyphs in Sego Canyon, just off I-70 near Thompson Springs, Utah.
That’s it for today. I’m working my way through my To-Do List. Must keep moving.

I love petrographs. I’ve seen a few in other places. They always make me wonder about the people who wrote them and the story they were telling.

I find it much more rewarding to have a “things I’ve done” list. Going from a blank page to a full one beats erasing things. Must be the writer mentality.

Just so you know, I stopped working on my To Dos to add new items to the list. Now the list is longer than it was when I started.
“Hah! I speet on you, To Do List. I crumple you, then I smoothe you out and feed you to my shredder. Bahahahaha.”
That wasn’t me. I have no idea who said that.

Patricia – yours is the kind of humour that I most adore!
Wonderful picture – I love this landscape. I want more but of course I wouldn’t DREAM of interfering with your to-do list!

You are to be applauded! As an ADHD adult I know what it means to be lost in my lists! I often work my way through the list – and then actually begin to actually get some things accomplished off it! 🙂
Love your photo, by the way.

I’m getting comments through my e-mail, but they’re not showing up here at the blog — wonder what Blogger is up to now.

Good job! (as my daughter would say) Makes me a bit homesick for that gorgeous country (and dryer air, though it IS very hot there too) in southern Utah, especially right now with heat and humidity so high on the East coast.

Lovely, Patricia. Good luck with your to do list. That’s what I’m working on today as well.
