Chiseled in Rock Tuesday: Where Do You Go for a Writers’ Retreat?

January 15, 2013 By: Patricia

This year at Chiseled in Rock we’ll be featuring more contributors (including agents) and more topics of interest to authors. I’ll be looking at places writers like to hang out in the Northern Front Range of Colorado and new contributor Julie Luek will be doing the same in a monthly report from the Western Slope.

My first post about writing retreats features Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch, co-owned by David M. Jessup, author of the historical novel Mariano’s Crossing. If you want to learn more, hop on over to Chiseled in Rock.

Wishing Caswell Dead (Five Star/Cengage, December 20, 2017) is a historical mystery set in 1830s Illinois in the fictitious Village of Sangamon. The novel was a finalist for the 2018 Colorado Book Awards for General Fiction. Read More…
