Chiseled in Rock Tuesday: Beep! Beep!

January 25, 2011 By: Patricia

I’m at my regular Tuesday gig at Chiseled in Rock, trying to get a little attention with a photo of the charming burro from Oatman, Arizona, who poked his head in the window of the Oatman Hotel lobby to see if anyone in there had a carrot.

I also have a couple of links that will be of interest to writers, so don’t dawdle. You don’t want to miss these opportunities.

That Oatman is quite a place. I took my wife there summer of 2009. We didn’t stay too long–just passing thru Can’t say that she was impressed, but it was memorable. I love places like that whereas I think it was all a bit too rustic for her. She prefers Las Vegas or nice shopping malls.

Hi Jan and Holly — the burros in Oatman are one of the main attractions…along with the mock holdups and gunfights, the great food at the Oatman Hotel Restaurant, and the ghosts.

Margot, Hilary, Golden and Yvonne — you are so awesome — I’ll be by to visit you all today and tomorrow as I catch up on my blog-hopping.

Donna, you are so welcome. It was an excellent interview, and I couldn’t help but be intrigued by Mozark and the fun anthology projects. Can’t hurt to spread the word.
