Pooled Ink Anthology Giveaway

March 2, 2013 By: Patricia

After perusing my copy of the Pooled Ink Anthology published by Northern Colorado Writers to celebrate the 2012 NCW contest winners, I was so impressed that I decided to purchase another copy to give away right here.

The short fiction, creative nonfiction, and poetry in this anthology deserve a wider audience, so even if you don’t win this giveaway, I hope you’ll consider buying your own copy to help support NCW and its annual contests. These contests are open to everyone, not just NCW members.  The cost of a print copy is $12.00, and the e-book for Kindle is $4.99.

The 2013 short fiction contest deadline is March 31st. Visit the Northern Colorado Writers website for submission guidelines, information about the contest judge, entry fee, etc.

Now for my giveaway rules. U.S. and Canada residents only, please, because I’m giving away a print copy. Postage to faraway places is often more than the value of a book.

Please leave a comment on this post before midnight Tuesday, March 5th,  Mountain Time. On Wednesday, I will select a winner using random.org and will publish the winner’s name at that time.

And just so you know, my guest blogger on Monday, Carol Kilgore, will also give away a book. Isn’t this fun?

This book sounds marvelous. Even if I don’t win, it will be included in my Kindle collection– that’s a price that can’t be beat! Thanks for highlighting it.

Meet Patricia

I read, I write, I blog, and sometimes I do the laundry and cook. My 2014 novel, Dead Wrong, was a finalist in the thriller category of the 2015 Colorado Book Awards. Wishing Caswell Dead (Five Star/Cengage, December 20, 2017) is a historical mystery set in 1830s Illinois in the fictitious Village of Sangamon. The novel was a finalist for the 2018 Colorado Book Awards for General Fiction. Read More…
