Special note: Keynote speaker William Kent Krueger is a bestselling mystery author for his Cork O’Connor series. Krueger’s 2013 standalone novel, Ordinary Grace, just won an Edgar for best novel in the annual Mystery Writers of America awards.

Colorado Gold Writing Contest

This contest is for unpublished novelists. Submissions close June 1st.

Winners will be announced at the Colorado Gold Writers Conference (see above). You do not need to be present to win, and you do not need to be an RMFW member to enter the contest.

Meet Patricia

I read, I write, I blog, and sometimes I do the laundry and cook. My 2014 novel, Dead Wrong, was a finalist in the thriller category of the 2015 Colorado Book Awards. Wishing Caswell Dead (Five Star/Cengage, December 20, 2017) is a historical mystery set in 1830s Illinois in the fictitious Village of Sangamon.
