Unplugged…again

March 14, 2014 By: Patricia

I’d like to say I’m busy writing blog posts ahead for the A to Z April Blog Challenge.

Or building a classic dollhouse with all homemade furniture.

Or installing new vertical blinds throughout the house all by myself.

Or photographing wildlife on an African safari.

Or cruising in the Mediterranean.

Because those would sound creative or exotic….

But no….

I’m just unplugged because I’m visiting family and will have no computer access.

It won’t be creative or exotic, but I will be having a good time.

One of my favorite guests, Richard Keller, will be here next Thursday. Don’t believe a thing he says about twerking or pole-dancing.

Visiting family is an acceptable excuse though the safari would have been good too.

Being able to visit with family will be relaxing and refreshing so in a way that is being creative. Have fun and be safe.

Meet Patricia

I read, I write, I blog, and sometimes I do the laundry and cook. My 2014 novel, Dead Wrong, was a finalist in the thriller category of the 2015 Colorado Book Awards. Wishing Caswell Dead (Five Star/Cengage, December 20, 2017) is a historical mystery set in 1830s Illinois in the fictitious Village of Sangamon. The novel was a finalist for the 2018 Colorado Book Awards for General Fiction. My most recent release, In Defense of Delia (Five Star/Cengage, November 2022), is available in hardcover and will soon be available in ebook and trade paperback. Read More…
