Thanks, Alex. Yes,, this was one of the last releases from Five Star/Cengage as they cease operations. Some of the usual promo didn’t happen on schedule, so sales were in the toilet. But I now have permission to do the ebook and trade paperback on my own. I’ll do more promotion as the plan develops.
